He became the talk of all Portugal when he won RTP1’s TV cookery show Top Chef. His success urged him to take on the challenge of working his true aspirations of doing haute cuisine. And thus Loco, Michelin star restaurant, was born in Estrela. Later, he opened the Fogo restaurant.
Today he’s the talk of the world for having signed some of Lisbon’s most original and innovative dishes. Alexandre Silva is an expert in Portuguese gastronomy, mixing the most typical producers, products and techniques with his creativity and a new way of thinking about flavor.
